This week I finally found some time for myself and the funny thing is I didn’t even know where to spend it. Do I journal, clean, go to the gym, do an Epsom salt bath, clean out my closet? I hope you are all having a fabulous week. Next week is already Thanksgiving! WOW time seems as though it is moving so quickly. Sunday, Shelby Jean Matonak (Holistic Health Coach, RN, founder of Truth and Alchamey) and I, did a call on how to stay healthy, avoid stress, and weight gain this holiday season! If you missed the call you can listen to the recording here! This week was my birthday week! I was showered with so many birthday wishes, phone calls, messages, and love that at one point I actually felt myself feeling overwhelmed. I caught myself feeling anxious, pulling back, and almost wanting to hide. What was this all about I thought? In the past, I spent my birthday yarning for love and wanting support. Now I have it and I am withdrawing? Do you ever feel like you have people supporting you but you still feel alone? Or people try to give you gifts and you turn them down or say “awww thank you but I can’t take that”? Are you afraid of trusting people or letting them in because you are afraid you might get hurt? The month of October I have been reflecting a lot on my relationships with my loved ones, friends, and even YOU! I realized that I have been afraid to fully let people in and be 100% of myself so I have been wearing a shield (I even gained about 3-5lbs). I was scared I wouldn’t be liked or I would be abandoned. In doing this I have been holding myself back from receiving love and true abundance! The past few weeks I have been a bit in hibernation mode. As I wrote in my last blog spirit was calling me to BE BRAVE! Let go of FEAR, ask for help, surrender .. WELL let’s just say I had to learn the hard way. Have you ever experienced a time when you were scared and you
felt like you didn’t know what to do? This may have been in regards to your health, weight, a job situation, a relationship, or even money? Did your inner child just wanted to run and hide or was she was kicking and screaming inside of you? In today’s blog I will share some of my personal story with you and give you some secret tips to help you be brave! Many of the things in our lives our constant work, the dishes, the clothes, cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, the yard, and the list goes on. I don’t know about you but for me sometimes it feels never ending. Last week I made the decision to let it wait! I decided I am more important…my health and happiness is more important. The truth is, if we take some time to step away all of those things, we notice that they aren’t going anywhere they will still be there. All we have to do is chose to start back up again and most of the time by stepping away we get a boost of inspiration and drive to help us move forward. When we chose to step away from ourselves, our needs, and our happiness and instead burry ourselves in work, chores, or other distractions it gets a lot more complicated and a lot more difficult to come back to center (in every area of our life).
